Mace Staffing Solutions LLC (USA) seeks an experienced Tooling Engineer to support tooling, fixtures, equipment, and manufacturing processes for current production and future programs. This hands-on role focuses on improving tooling performance, enabling launches, and delivering cost-effective solutions through close collaboration with cross-functional teams on the plant floor.

Qualifications

5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment including assembly operations and stamping.
Experience designing, developing, and implementing fixtures, tooling, and production equipment.
Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, CAD, problem-solving and plant-floor skills; ability to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Support tooling, fixtures, equipment, and manufacturing processes for current production and future programs.
Improve tooling performance and support launches.
Drive cost-effective tooling solutions.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, program management, suppliers, and tool-room teams.
