Design, fabricate and implement tooling, gages, machine fixtures used in production.
Monitor the tools used to ensure efficiency and identify necessary repairs or improvements.
Service and repair tooling (strip down, clean, lubricate and rebuild).
Analyze specifications, set up and operate machine tools.
Maintain, adjust, improve, and develop new tooling, gages, and machine fixtures.
Purchasing and quotation responsibilities, along with hands-on shop tasks.
