Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Tooling Engineer in Green Bay, WI to design and refine tooling for ductile iron casting using SolidWorks and MAGMA. The role focuses on improving yield, running simulations, and collaborating with customers and account managers on new product development.

You will support quoting, launches, testing, and validation, and bring innovative tooling technology into the operation. Salary ranges from $90k to $100k per year.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or related field, bachelor's preferred.
• Two or more years hands-on with CAD modeling, blueprint reading and design for manufacturability.
• Manufacturing background required; foundry, tooling design, casting simulation or CNC machining is a strong plus.
• Strong problem solver who communicates well and works across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine tooling using SolidWorks in support of ductile iron casting programs.
• Run casting simulations in MAGMA to validate designs before they hit the floor.
• Own yield improvement and continuous improvement work across the casting process.
• Partner directly with customers and account managers on new product development.
• Support quoting, product launches, testing and validation from start to finish.
• Bring new technology and process improvements into the operation.
