Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Tooling Engineer in Milwaukee, WI, to design and refine tooling for ductile iron casting programs using SolidWorks and MAGMA. You will collaborate with customers and account managers on new product development, while driving yield improvement across the casting process.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• Two+ years hands-on CAD modeling, blueprint reading, and DFx/DFM focus.
• Manufacturing background in foundry, tooling design, casting simulation or CNC machining is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine tooling using SolidWorks for ductile iron casting programs.
• Run casting simulations in MAGMA to validate designs before production.
• Own yield improvement and continuous improvement across the casting process.
• Collaborate with customers and account managers on new product development.
• Support quoting, product launches, testing and validation from start to finish.
• Introduce new technology and process improvements into operations.
