Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows Excel and inventory software usage.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of experience with D365 or other inventory management software preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Produces daily requisitions for fasteners, components, and non-steel materials per Job Orders.
• Conducts weekly physical inventory and submits replenishment requests.
• Prepares weekly usage reports for fasteners, components, and non-steel items.
• Checks out tools, supplies, safety equipment and assigns lockers to user departments.
• Maintains records of all transactions on paper and in a computer base.
• Performs data entry for Maintenance and Production as needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime.
• Assists in unloading inventory and other duties as assigned.
