Job summary

Asahi/America is looking for an organized and customer-focused Tool Rental Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operation of our tool rental program in Lawrence, MA. In this hourly position, you’ll coordinate reservations, prepare rental agreements, issue and receive tools, and maintain accurate rental records.

You’ll monitor inventory, schedule inspections, work with vendors and internal teams, and keep data in our ERP system.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused with ability to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of our tool rental program.
• Coordinate reservations, prepare rental agreements, issue/receive tools, and maintain records.
• Monitor inventory, schedule inspections, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain ERP data, generate reports, assist billing, resolve missing/damaged/overdue tool issues.
