Job summary

Alberici Constructors in Missouri is seeking an Equipment/Warehouse Coordinator to manage consumables, tools and equipment for various projects across North America. You will solicit rental pricing, build a vendor registry, assist with pricing, and coordinate third-party rentals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 5 years in equipment or warehouse roles. The position includes travel to company/offsite sites and requires reliable attendance and collaboration with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 5 years of equipment or warehouse experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders for consumables, tools and equipment from projects.
• Solicit rental pricing from outside equipment rentals suppliers.
• Develop and maintain a registry of equipment vendors.
• Assist estimating team with equipment rental rates and pricing.
• Coordinate and track equipment rented from outside suppliers.
• Ensure equipment rental rates from outside suppliers are invoiced as negotiated.
• Coordinates all third-party equipment and tool rentals.
• Tracks rental equipment maintenance requirements.
• Assists in the purchase of new equipment.
• Prepares reports as requested.
• Assists in the review of equipment rental and EOC rates.
• Maintains Blue Book and Equipment Watch Pricing Guides for Alberici.
• Travels to Company and subsidiary offices; offsite client, subcontractor, and supplier meetings; and other locations across North America to fulfill the essential duties of the role as required.
• Exhibits regular and reliable attendance in person as required by the Supervisor, Company guidelines, and/or project and office obligations.
