Asahi/America, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager for our Lawrence, MA corporate office.

This hands-on leader will drive cycle counting, discrepancy investigations, and ERP reconciliation while supervising one Inventory Control Specialist and collaborating with Production, Purchasing, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Engineering and Quality. You will spend time in the warehouse, translating data into practical improvements and owning processes from cycle counts to stock adjustments,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials management.
• Experience with cycle counting, variances, and ERP transactions.
• Ability to translate data into practical warehouse improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Reconcile variances and maintain ERP records.
• Supervise one Inventory Control Specialist and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Improve space utilization and material flow across production and distribution.
