Job summary

Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing (FCS) seeks a Tool Install Project Manager to lead multiple tool installation, conversion, and demolition projects on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure safe, high-quality execution of capital projects affecting Fab facilities.

The successful candidate will drive planning, scheduling, and cost control while fostering innovation in construction methods and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in project construction management, tool owner responsibilities, or equivalent
• Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in project construction management, or equivalent
• PMI PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple tool installation, conversion, and demolition projects on site
• Lead functional area teams of matrix employees for capital projects
• Accountable for leadership and management of the project team
• Vendor and supplier management, schedule, and budget oversight to protect factory operations
• Coordinate with factory, facility owners, global supply management, central design, site construction, and suppliers
• Ensure safety and quality in construction operations while minimizing impact on factory operations
• Translate business and technical requirements into constructible project designs
• Develop supplier partnerships and drive improvements in cost, quality, and schedule
• Lead construction projects enabling new Fab modules, Fab conversions, and special builds
• Foster innovation and safe working practices across environments
