Job summary

Intel Corporation in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an on-site Tool Equipment Install Engineer to join the Project Execution Team. You will coordinate with factory owners, suppliers and stakeholders to align tool installations with schedules and budgets, while maintaining safety and quality.

As a key contributor reporting to the Tool Install Manager, you will oversee planning, cost control, and problem resolution across multiple sites and teams, ensuring timely delivery of all tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related technical field and 1+ years of construction, engineering, project management.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related technical field with no prior professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Factory owners to align Tools/Equipment/Kits with the Tool Install schedule.
• Represent local FCS site in Central Tool Install and Virtual Factory forums.
• Forecast equipment workload and funding for alignment with financial cycles.
• Ensure commit/POs are in place to meet program goals.
• Lead planning and coordination across multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
• Drive configuration/genealogy for right-first-time order delivery.
• Escalate risks and enable early course correction with contractors.
• Maintain safety, SOP compliance, and quality standards across sites.
