Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions (WWPS) is seeking experienced Tool Install Schedulers to support large‑scale semiconductor construction and tool install programs across multiple U.S. manufacturing sites in New Mexico, Arizona, and Ohio.

In this role you will align base build schedules with facility readiness, utility availability, and equipment installation sequencing, working closely with project managers, engineers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction scheduling for large industrial/manufacturing projects.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling principles and sequencing logic.
• Experience with project reporting tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze project schedule data from multiple sources to support integrated scheduling.
• Coordinate alignment between base build, facility readiness, and tool install schedules.
• Generate reports on schedule conflicts, readiness gaps, and project impacts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve schedule conflicts and support executable sequencing plans.
• Support schedule recovery planning, forecasting, and what-if analysis.
