Job summary

Intel Corporation in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is seeking a Contracts-facing Construction Project Leader to manage multiple tool installation, conversion, and demolition projects on-site. You will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate with contractors and A/E firms, and drive safety, schedule, and cost controls throughout the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes lean construction practices, collaboration with factory owners and suppliers, and delivering high‑quality, constructible designs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field with relevant construction leadership experience.
• PMI PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple tool installation, conversion, and demolition projects.
• Lead functional area teams of matrix employees to complete capital expense projects on site.
• Accountable for leadership and management of the project team.
• Supplier management of day-to-day operations, scope definition, schedule, and budget control.
• Translate business and technical requirements into high‑quality project designs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering Management, Project Management or in a STEM related field
