Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions seeks a Tool Install Design Manager for a major semiconductor project in Peoria, AZ. You will lead and integrate design activities for tool installation, coordinating with process tools, facility utilities, and construction partners to ensure safe, constructible, and on-schedule installations.

The role requires coordinating engineering teams, managing interfaces, and driving early design decisions to support move-in, setting, hook-up, qualification, and startup.

Qualifications

• > Bachelor's degree in Engineering or commensurate technical experience.
• > 10+ years in engineering, design management, tool install, or related roles.
• > Direct semiconductor fab/cleanroom, subfab, or advanced manufacturing project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate engineering and design activities for semiconductor tool installation and tool hook up scope, from planning to startup.
• Coordinate tool requirements and interfaces between manufacturing equipment and facility utilities.
• Manage design interfaces with base build infrastructure including cleanroom, subfab, and life safety requirements.
• Drive multidisciplinary design coordination across process, mechanical, electrical, structural, and other teams to resolve clashes.
• Support field teams by resolving RFIs, design conflicts, and routing issues affecting tool installation.
