Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong CAD and CNC experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tool room operations and ensure tools are maintained and available for production.
• Maintain inventories of tools and equipment with usage, maintenance, and parts tracking.
• Supervise tool room staff including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Develop CNC capabilities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement and monitor tool tracking and preventive maintenance systems.
• Develop and enforce tool room safety protocols and quality standards.
• Audit tools and equipment for condition, performance, and compliance.
