Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Tool & Die making required
• Journeyman cardholder status required
• 1-3 years manufacturing experience preferred
• CAD and CNC software preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine assemblies to repair tools, dies, and fixtures
• Test runs to ensure all components meet specifications
• Set up and operate conventional and CNC tools
• Select proper metals and materials to meet project specs
• Interface with customers to ensure demands are met
• Maintain accurate paperwork, tags and transactions
• Follow safety protocols including LOTO and PIT safety
• Meet daily safety, delivery, quality and cost metrics
• Support 5S initiatives in work areas
• Perform other duties as assigned
