Qualifications

• Knowledge of cutting tools, holders, inserts, fixtures, gauges, and machining supplies.
• Ability to read routers, setup sheets, planning documents, and engineering information.
• Experience with computerized inventory systems and ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue, receive, inspect, clean, and store tooling and production supplies.
• Maintain tool check-out, returns, and inventory in the ERP system.
• Prepare and stage tool kits using routers, setup sheets, and engineering documents.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages.
• Coordinate tool regrinding, repair, replacement, or disposal.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory discrepancies.
