CSP Innovations OH Payroll Co., LLC is seeking a Tool Crib Associate to support tool and equipment distribution in our manufacturing environment. You will manage inventory records, assist with cycle counts, and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration with maintenance and production teams. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of tool crib or inventory experience, with proficiency in CMMS/ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in tool crib or inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CMMS/ERP and standard office software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Tool and Equipment Management: issue tools and equipment to staff and ensure return in good condition.
• Inventory Control: maintain accurate records, perform cycle counts and physical audits.
• Procurement and Stock Replenishment: monitor levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement.
• Documentation and Reporting: record tool usage and prepare status reports for management.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to improve crib operations and implement best practices.
• Safety and Compliance: promote safety, ensure proper handling and storage of tools.
• Customer Service: assist production and maintenance staff with tool access and training.
