Industrial Contracting Solutions Inc. is hiring a Tool Crib Coordinator/ Shipper & Receiver to manage parts intake, staging, and tool returns. You will keep inventory accurate in the ERP system, coordinate with Purchasing, and support orderly warehouse operations.

The role requires safety awareness, organizational excellence, and strong communication to ensure timely shipments and smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
Experience in warehouse, purchasing, customer service or tool crib setting.
Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain safety.
Computer literate with MS Office.

Responsibilities

Receive and stage parts and materials.
Itemize and prep parts for vendor returns.
Ship items accurately and on time.
Assemble tool requests ahead of pickup.
Issue materials to employees as needed.
Maintain ERP inventory accuracy.
Coordinate tool orders with Purchasing.
Track annual/semi-annual certifications.
Organize external rentals with vendors.
Maintain a clean, safe work area.
