Job summary

US Tool Group is seeking an inventory-focused associate to support program operations and customer orders in a fast-paced setting. You will locate inventory using our system, fill orders, and build tool kits tailored to customer requirements, including restocking vending machines.

The role emphasizes data entry, Windows OS proficiency, and strong customer service. This position offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities within a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

General inventory skills required.
Ability to communicate with employees and customers.
Knowledge of tools.
Familiarity with data entry, filing and record keeping.
Proficiency with Windows-based computers and software.
Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain and ensure the success of our program.
Use system functions to locate available inventory.
Fill customer orders based on department scheduling.
Build tool kits based on customer requirements.
Fill automated vending machines.
Minimal routine service/repair on vending machines.
Ensure daily transactions from crib inventory to machine inventory are accurate.
Material handling, order prep and assisting with receiving as needed.
Report any unusual inventory findings to Site Leadership.
Other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
