Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, maintenance, or tool crib experience.
• Basic knowledge of tools and measuring equipment.
• Experience with inventory management or CMMS software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Issue and receive tools, equipment, and supplies to employees.
• Track tool usage using inventory management software or logs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Inspect returned tools for cleanliness and proper operation.
• Minor tooling repairs and calibration.
• Maintain inventory levels by ordering replacements.
• Organize, label, and barcode tools and equipment.
• Monitor tool accountability and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with annual physical inventory audits.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
• Support preventive maintenance by ensuring tools are available.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, utilization, and purchasing needs.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA requirements.
