Job summary

SLB New Energy & Industrial is seeking a motivated Tool Crib Technician to support our Data Center infrastructure solutions business. The role focuses on managing tooling inventory, issuing requisitions in SAP, and maintaining accuracy in the tool crib environment.

You will ensure compliance with 5S standards, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support welding consumable certification processes. The position may require weekend/holiday work per the supervisor's schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1+ year of relevant tooling or warehouse experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Legal to work and reside in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tooling and jigs in the tool management system to keep accurate inventory.
• Create requisitions in SAP and Shopping Cart to purchase tooling as needed.
• Manage consumables inventory including replenishments.
• Retrieve quotes from vendors and store stock in proper tool crib locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with daily cycle counts.
• Ensure weld wire certificates are accurate on welding consumables.
• Provide tool crib services to employees and maintain weld wire pick tickets.
• Maintain organization of tool crib through the 5S program.
• Work schedule may include weekends and holidays as required by supervisor.
• Follow all safety and quality processes; perform other related duties as required.
