Personnel Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Technician to build, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot production tooling and dies.

You will operate CNC and conventional machine tools, read blueprints, and use CAD software to ensure tooling meets quality and production standards. The role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work with engineering and production teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of tool and die manufacturing or maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of machining processes, metalworking, blueprints, and precision measuring tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet production requirements.
• Attendance requirements include nights and weekends.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades
