Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Technician to support high-volume manufacturing operations through tooling maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will repair, modify, and maintain steel tooling and dies, operate manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders, troubleshoot tooling issues, read blueprints to verify accuracy, and partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Tool & Die experience required.
• Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
