DIRECT HIRE POSITION WITH RELOCATION BENEFITS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Builds Dies – Work layout, machine and grind and fit details – thorough knowledge of tooling, machining processes, and die functions.
• Sharpens and repairs dies in tool room – Disassembles dies, inspects, welds, repairs, grinds, and fits detail into dies.
• Maintains dies in the Press Room – Analyzes die problems, troubleshoots, repairs damaged details, sharpens, aligns, and times dies.
• Handles distractions, noise, and working in confined and dangerous quarters, while maintaining knowledge of steels, stresses, and materials.
• May be given certain authority within job scope by Manager.
