Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Program Integrator for the Naval Tomahawk program in Tucson, AZ. You will report to the FMS/Flight Test/LOC Program Manager and help develop and field missiles, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring schedule adherence.

Responsibilities include EVMS data analysis, risk management, and control account management. Strong communication and FMS experience are required, with a focus on cost proposals and program startup activities.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
• Prior program or project management experience.
• Prior experience with program management tools and regulatory/compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain program management plans aligned with program requirements and Raytheon policies.
• Coordinate for customer program reviews and visits.
• Define and track key program metrics and create actionable tools for leadership.
