Job summary

RTX is seeking an Execution Program Manager (P5) for the Tomahawk Production & Recertification Team at the Tucson, AZ site. This onsite role focuses on managing cost, schedule, and technical execution across control accounts while driving performance and communication across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has strong EVM experience, program planning skills, a track record in defense production environments, and the ability to coordinate with finance, scheduling, engineering, supply

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant DoD contract experience or 7+ years with advanced degree.
• Experience managing cost, schedule and performance with EVMS metrics and program reporting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and interface with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program baseline: scope, schedule, budget, resources.
• Monitor cost/schedule using EVMS metrics and prepare variance narratives.
• Support baselines reviews, internal reviews and customer audits while ensuring EVMS compliance.
• Serve as primary interface for cost and schedule performance with program managers and customers.
