Job summary

Raytheon RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks an experienced Execution Program Manager (P5) to oversee cost, schedule, and technical execution for production and recertification within a high-visibility weapon system program.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply EVMS metrics, and drive forecasts, ensuring compliance with government requirements and RTX policies. Onsite role with relocation not available.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience
• Prior experience managing cost, schedule, and performance on DoD contracts.
• Demonstrated experience with EAC reviews, EVMS metrics, and periodic program reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the program baseline including scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans.
• Build and manage detailed control accounts aligned with program Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Prepare Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) inputs, identifying key milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Partner with program leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure top-level phasing and schedules meet strategic objectives.
• Establish and maintain Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) integrity.
