Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 10 years in quality management with AS9100/AS9102 experience.
• Experience with failure/root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings.
• Experience with reviewing Technical Data Packages (TDP) and document repositories.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor in a dynamic team.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Tomahawk Program team to ensure performance and conformity per program quality plan.
• Oversee cross-functional integration to align quality with customer requirements.
• Act as program quality liaison with DCMA/USG and labs for quality issues.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement quality improvement strategies.
• Support supplier quality and supplier engineering to uphold the supplier quality plan.
• Review and approve changes to the technical data package and assign actions.
• Ensure development hardware is documented in quality history records per requirements.
