Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Integrator to join the Naval Tomahawk program in Tucson, AZ. This onsite role supports the FMS, Flight Test and LOC programs, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.

A strong background in program management and defense contracting is required. Salary ranges from 107,500 to 204,500 USD per year, with eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Prior program or project management experience
  • Prior experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages for management review
  • Prior experience with program management tools such as IPDS/RLPM, and/or collaboration tools
  • Prior experience with EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP and/or IMS development

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain program management plans aligned with program requirements and company policies to support rapid flight test missile development and fielding
  • Coordinate and prepare for customer program reviews and visits
  • Define and track key program metrics, creating actionable management tools to support program leadership and drive success
  • Oversee performance assessment by managing data collection, analysis, and corrective actions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams, prioritizing schedule adherence
  • Implement and monitor action item tracking systems to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Manage and oversee CAM activities for Integrated Product Team (IPT) efforts
  • Ensure compliance with RLPM gate processes and provide guidance on risk and opportunity management
  • Lead proposal and program startup activities to establish a foundation for success
  • Execute and maintain Program Management Plans, Directives, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes, ensuring compliance with Raytheon standards
  • Coordinate and analyze EVMS data, including cost and schedule performance, and provide detailed variance narratives
  • Prepare Baseline Change Requests (BCRs), facilitate EAC and LRE inputs, and perform meaningful analysis to drive informed decision‑making and predictable results

Raytheon’s Naval Tomahawk Program is seeking to hire a Program Integrator (PI). This position will report to and take directions from the Tomahawk FMS, Flight Test and Limited Operational Capability (LOC) Program Manager. The PM is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Program Integrator (PI) to join our dynamic team. As a Program Integrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and rapid fielding of FMS deliveries and flight test missiles. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technology and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure program success. Serve as a key resource, reporting directly to the FMS/Flight Test/LOC Program Manager and providing strategic support for program objectives. Coordinate and integrate program activities across multiple teams to ensure alignment with project schedules, deliverables, and milestones. Support the development and execution of program plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables. Facilitate communication across functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless collaboration. Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise. Assist with the preparation and review of program documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, increase efficiency, and drive program success.

This is an onsite position at our Tucson, AZ. Relocation assistance NOT AVAILABLE.

What You Will Do:

What You Will Learn:
  • Raytheon and RTX Business Acumen Strategic Business Unit (SBU) & Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverables.
Qualifications You Must Have:

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Experience in project coordination, operations or business support
  • Experience in development, transition to production , production or integration activities.
  • Program Management Level 6 Certification or the ability to achieve certification within six months of hire.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment, navigate organizational complexities, and leverage influence to secure resources and drive initiatives forward.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and decision‑making skills.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts, including a comprehensive understanding of FMS policies, processes, and regulations (e.g., the Arms Export Control Act, International Traffic in Arms Regulations, and the Security Assistance Management Manual).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, requirements, and commitments while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and customers.
  • Certified Basis of Estimate (BOE) developer/approver.
  • Experience working with senior leadership, demonstrating high situational awareness, diplomacy, and professionalism in high‑pressure or complex situations.
  • Proven experience collaborating across business areas to manage tasks, requirements and commitments, while successfully engaging with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure execution excellence.
  • Previous experience working with U.S. government programs and contracting agencies, with a solid understanding of their processes and requirements

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
