Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ seeks an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to direct the Tomahawk HWIL modernization program. The role requires a strong engineering background, proven leadership, and proposal support experience.

On-site in Tucson, you will drive requirements, perform system integration, and mentor engineers across software, firmware, and hardware domains. You will collaborate with systems engineering, modeling and simulation, and program management to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in programs with hardware/software/firmware integration.
• Experience with Java, C, C++, Python, Perl, and MATLAB for data analysis.
• Proven record leading cross-functional teams on complex projects.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• EVMS certification and active US security clearance (secret) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead HWIL IPT through all project lifecycle phases from requirements to delivery.
• Coordinate system integration and testing, and manage risk and schedules.
• Generate SOWs, verification plans, and support HWIL design activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor team members; liaise with stakeholders.
