Job summary

RTX seeks a Development Associate Director for the Tomahawk program to lead capability enhancements and obsolescence redesigns from inception through transition to production. You will oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance across complex efforts while managing several direct reports.

The onsite role in Tucson, AZ requires a security clearance and offers relocation assistance based on eligibility. You will drive program execution with senior leadership and customers."

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 12 years, or an advanced degree with 10+ years.
• Experience leading profit and loss of DoD contracts as a program manager or recent functional leadership.
• Experience tracking and reporting metrics via EAC reviews and management reviews.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen customer relationships and represent RTX with credibility.
• Lead and develop IPT leads and cross-functional teams.
