Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Integrator to join the Tomahawk Product Line team. You will coordinate multiple program teams on AUR production and non-recurring scope, interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders.

This remote role requires up to 50% travel (to Tucson, AZ) and an active U.S. security clearance. Candidates should have program management experience and familiarity with RLPM/IPDS tools.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience.
• Advanced Degree and 5+ years experience preferred.
• Experience with program or project management and cost proposals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily program cadence and governance reviews (risk boards, EV cadence, IPTs, MBRs).
• Prepare, revise, and monitor program documentation per RLPM, CAM, and policy requirements.
• Lead risk and opportunity management efforts and track corrective actions.
• Develop partnerships with contracts, finance, supply chain, and operations to ensure program success.
• Interface with customers for technical and program management meetings.
