Job summary

Maximus is hiring a Systems Project Manager to lead the NYS Thruway team onsite in New York. The role focuses on IT projects related to tolling and call center systems, with relocation assistance provided.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of IT project management experience in tolling and call center spaces. PMP and experience with Agile/Waterfall are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years IT project management experience in tolling and call center spaces.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee infrastructure delivery services.
• Assist with project budget, resources, and schedule.
• Ensure delivery of lifecycle documents (PM Plan, Installation Plan, SOPs, SDLC documents, CM Plan, Release Plan, Risk Plan).
• Track costs, schedule, and project performance and take corrective actions to stay on budget and schedule.
• Utilize PM lifecycle and SDLC methodologies.
