Maximus is seeking a Systems Project Manager to lead our NYS Thruway team and manage IT projects focused on tolling and call center systems. The role is fully onsite within New York State, with relocation assistance provided.

The position requires planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring delivery of key documents while applying PM lifecycle and SDLC methodologies. This is a leadership role with growth potential and a strong focus on project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of PM experience in tolling and call center spaces.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee infrastructure delivery services.
• Assist with project budget, resources, and schedule.
• Ensure delivery of lifecycle documents such as Project Plan, SOPs, and CM/Release/Risk plans.
• Track costs, schedule, and performance to stay within budget and meet quality standards.
• Apply PM lifecycle and SDLC methodologies.
