Job summary

Maximus is recruiting a Systems Project Manager to lead IT projects for State tolling systems and call center platforms. The role is fully onsite within New York State with relocation assistance provided, supporting a NYS Thruway team.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivering lifecycle documents, while applying PM and SDLC methodologies to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years IT project management experience in tolling and call center spaces.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee infrastructure delivery services.
• Assist with project budget, resources, and schedule.
• Ensure delivery of lifecycle documents (Plan, SOPs, System Design, CM Plan, Release Plan, Risk Plan).
• Track costs, schedule, and performance; take corrective actions to stay on budget and on time.
• Utilize PM lifecycle and SDLC methodologies.
