Job summary

Maximus is hiring a Systems Project Manager to lead our NYS Thruway team. The role focuses on IT projects for tolling and call center systems, with full onsite work in New York State and relocation assistance provided.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of IT project management experience in tolling and call center environments, with PMP preferred and experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of IT PM experience in tolling and call center spaces.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee infrastructure delivery services.
• Assist with project budget, resources, and schedule.
• Ensure delivery of project lifecycle documents (PMP, SOPs, Design Docs).
• Track costs, schedule, and project performance and take corrective actions.
• Utilize PM lifecycle and SDLC methodologies.
