Job summary

Adaptation is seeking a full-time Systems Specialist to support tolling operations in the New York metropolitan area. You will install, configure, maintain, test, and support tolling software, roadside equipment, and back-office systems to ensure uninterrupted toll collection.

You will provide technical support to tolling software users, MMC, and operational stakeholders in a mission-critical environment. Applicants should have a strong foundation in software, hardware, networking, and system

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
3–5 years supporting enterprise software, hardware, networking, or operational systems.
Experience troubleshooting Windows-based systems and business applications.
Experience with Linux environments and shell scripting for diagnostics and automation.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to end users.
Experience documenting technical processes and maintaining system records.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Tolling Software Users, MMC, and operations.
Install, configure, maintain, and support tolling software systems and hardware.
Monitor and troubleshoot lane equipment, toll devices, and back-office apps.
Diagnose and resolve software/hardware/network performance issues.
Support maintenance, testing, audits, and system upgrades.
