Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of related experience with tolling systems or similar platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, and embedded systems.
• Experience with network infrastructures and technical support practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software, hardware, and networking issues.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, maintain, and support tolling software systems and lane equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, networking, and database issues.
• Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions.
• Create and update technical documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for system integration and project execution.
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on technical matters.
