Job summary

I-77 Mobility Partners LLC is seeking an Operations Analyst to support toll operations, revenue reporting and system testing for the Back Office System (TCS) and ATMS. You will monitor transactions, support month-end processes, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate billing and timely reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and 0-3+ years' experience in business analysis or software QA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, data analytics, data science, or a related field.
• 0-3+ years' experience in business analysis and/or Software Quality Assurance or toll industry transaction processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with the TSP to ensure smooth integration and operation.
• Monitor Recon Queue and Dispute Queue volumes; coordinate with Image Review Supervisor to clear transactions by dates.
• Monitor disposition reason codes and escalate as necessary.
• Facilitate monthly adjustments and disputes with the TSP.
• Ensure month-end closure timelines with the TSP.
