Job summary

I-77 Mobility Partners LLC is seeking an Operations Analyst to support day-to-day toll operations, monitor the Back Office System (TCS) and ATMS, and ensure accurate billing and revenue reporting. You will work with the Toll Operations Manager to analyze transactions, run month-end processes, and provide data-driven insights using PowerBI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, data analytics, data science, or a related field.
• 0-3+ years’ experience in business analysis, QA, or toll industry transaction processing preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with the TSP for smooth integration and operation.
• Monitor and trend queues and disposition codes; escalate as needed.
• Support month-end closures and dispute processes with the TSP.
• Create and review operational reports using PowerBI and other tools.
• Ensure accurate revenue reporting, transaction processing, and data validation.
