Wayve in Tokyo seeks a Training Operations Coordinator to protect and sharpen the fleet training program across safety, performance, and readiness. You will drive materials, records, and standard adherence while partnering with engineering, drivers, and operations for continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Full, clean Japan driving licence with 8+ years' driving experience.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Proven experience as a team coordinator.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Maintain training records and ensure policy compliance.
• Assess operating standards across teams to meet quality objectives.
• Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, presentations, and online resources.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify training content improvements.
• Monitor training metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Oversee QA processes for training programs and standards.
• Assist with staff development and course completion with Team Leads.
• Interact with cross-functional stakeholders to understand future training needs.
