Job summary

Celebree School is seeking a Toddler/Twos Teacher in Plano, TX to shape early development in a nurturing classroom. You will deliver developmentally appropriate experiences and support infants and toddlers as they explore and grow.

You will collaborate with classroom Aides, ensuring compliance with state regulations and Celebree’s curriculum. The role emphasizes care, communication with families, and creating a safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet lead teacher requirements as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities with infants and toddlers, offering gentle guidance and support.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and company standards.
• Create a welcoming classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement developmentally appropriate, engaging lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting space that encourages curiosity.
• Accurately complete paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.

Responsibilities

As a Toddler/Twos Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
