Job summary

Celebree School in Plano, TX is seeking a dedicated Toddler/Twos Teacher to nurture early development and implement developmentally appropriate activities. You will join a team that values growth, safety, and engaging learning experiences for infants and toddlers.

You will guide classroom aides, ensure compliance with state regulations, and deliver thoughtful lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s curriculum.

Qualifications

• Must meet state lead teacher requirements.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Navigate daily activities with infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
