Job summary

Celebree School is seeking a Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing, enrichment-focused environment. You will weave Celebree's vision and values into daily activities for infants and toddlers, fostering growth and exploration.

You will also help guide classroom aides as they begin their journey in early childhood education, ensuring developmentally appropriate experiences and supportive mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must meet lead teacher requirements as approved by the state agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate daily activities with infants, offering gentle guidance and support.
• Maintain compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and company policies.
• Create a welcoming classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, clean space and document attendance and supervision records.

Responsibilities

As Toddler Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
