Job summary

Celebree School is seeking a Toddler Teacher to nurture infants and toddlers, creating a developmentally appropriate, caring environment that supports growth and exploration. Your role includes implementing the classroom curriculum, maintaining a welcoming space for children, parents, and visitors, and guiding aides on their early childhood education journey.

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children; understanding childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational and communication skills; patient and flexible.

Responsibilities

As an Toddler Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
