Job summary

Celebree School of Leander at Crystal Falls seeks a Toddler Teacher to support early development in a nurturing, structured setting. You will help shape infants’ and toddlers’ daily experiences, align activities with Celebree’s vision, and mentor classroom Aides.

The role emphasizes caring for young children, following state licensing requirements, creating engaging lesson plans, maintaining a clean, safe classroom, and collaborating with families to support growth.

Qualifications

• Lead teacher qualifications per state regulations.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational and communication skills, patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate day's activities with infants, offering guidance and support as they begin to explore.
• Manage the Infant classroom in compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and company policies.
• Create a welcoming, friendly classroom environment for children, parents and visitors.
• Design and implement thorough, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can thrive.
• Accurately complete paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.

Responsibilities

As Toddler Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
• The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.
