Cadence Education is hiring a Toddler Teacher in Hanover, MA to support daily classroom operations and Cadence programs. You will help create a safe, nurturing space for children, including those with IEPs, and build positive relationships with families while ensuring licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education preferred.
• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in a licensed center.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment with dignity and care.
• Greet families daily and establish professional relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence programs.
• Follow safety and supervision policies and document incidents as required.
