Cadence Education seeks a Preschool Teacher Assistant to support a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment for young learners in Andover, MA. You will assist with daily activities, communicate with families, and help implement Cadence Education programs while ensuring licensing and safety standards are met.

The role offers full-time hours, competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $23.40 hourly, comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer match, paid time

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher Assistant in a licensed childcare center.
• Background clearances and health screenings required.
• CDA preferred but not required if state requirements are satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive and respectful classroom environment.
• Greet children and families, building welcoming relationships.
• Assist in recognizing and responding to individual developmental and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavior support plans.
• Assist with developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Document and report accidents and incidents per policy.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development.
