Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in a licensed childcare center.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Experience in an early childhood or group care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment where children are treated with dignity and care.
• Greet children and families daily and help establish professional relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence programs.
• Communicate professionally with families and colleagues using Cadence-approved tools.
• Follow safety and supervision policies and document incidents as required.
• Assist in managing and responding to child behaviors per policy.
