Job summary

Cadence Education is seeking a passionate Toddler Teacher to join our Buffalo, MN team. Under the guidance of the School Director and Lead Teacher, you will support daily classroom operations and implement Cadence Education programs, creating a safe and engaging environment for children, including those with IEPs.

You’ll collaborate with staff to maintain routines, deliver curriculum, and build strong relationships with families while ensuring safety and licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in a licensed childcare center.
• Associate or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Experience in an early childhood or group care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment with dignity and care.
• Greet families daily and build welcoming relationships.
• Support developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence programs.
